BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT


Please have a read over the below to ensure you are familiar with our booking and cancellation policies for your next appointment. The link to our online booking system is located at the bottom of this page.

During the month of December a 50% deposit is required for all bookings that are an hour or longer in duration. If you wish to cancel your appointment we will require 48hrs cancellation notice.


At all other times (January to November inclusive) a 50% deposit is required for all bookings that are 1.5hrs or longer in duration and all group bookings. If you wish to cancel your appointment we will require 24hrs cancellation notice.

These deposits are non-refundable if we are not given sufficient notice of the cancellation or appointment change.
  

These policies apply to all new and existing clients.

Once your booking is received we will be in touch with you to take your deposit if your appointment duration meets the criteria above.
